✨ 21-Day Mind, Body & Soul Reset Challenge ✨
Because taking care of yourself should feel like fun—not a chore. Let’s be real: wellness doesn’t have to be rigid or serious. In fact, the more joy we infuse into our routines, the more sustainable they become. That’s why I created this 21-Day Mind, Body, and Soul Reset Challenge—kind of like 75 Hard, but way more fun, intentional, and totally you. It’s about showing up for yourself, aligning with your highest vibe, and letting your inner child come out to play. 💃🌈🦋 I call it my JOY 🙏🏽🦋🌈 Challenge, and it’s all about FUN—feeling good, letting loose, and not taking life too seriously.

Rules
  1. Diet: Follow a clean eating plan (no processed foods, sugar, or alcohol). Incorporate mindfulness by preparing meals intentionally.
  2. Exercise: Complete one 45-minute workout daily, alternating between outdoor activities (e.g., walking, yoga) and strength training.
  3. Hydration: Drink at least 3 liters of water per day.
  4. Reading: Read 10 pages of a self-development or spiritual book daily.
  5. Reflection: Spend 10 minutes journaling about gratitude or personal growth each day.
  6. Meditation: Practice mindfulness or meditation for 10 minutes daily.
  7. Daily Progress Photo: Take a photo to track your journey visually.
I started this as part of my Joy 🙏🏽🦋🌈 Challenge to have more fun and I know when I take care of my body all of that comes naturally and so much easier so for the next 21 days I’m gonna be posting on my DBL page on how we can have more fun and be playful like a kid again!

  • Turn chores into a game by timing yourself or giving yourself points for completing tasks quickly.
  • Sing or dance while doing household tasks like cleaning or cooking to boost joy and energy.
  • Pair boring tasks with something enjoyable like listening to your favorite music, podcasts, or audiobooks.
  • Use apps to track your progress and set goals, turning routines into fun challenges with rewards.
  • Add a social element by sharing your achievements or doing tasks with friends or family, even virtually.
  • Reframe your mindset: approach tasks with curiosity or aim to do them exceptionally well to make them more engaging.
  • Create mini celebrations or rewards after finishing tasks, like a treat or a break doing something you love.
  • Use imagination and playfulness—pretend you’re a superhero or create stories while walking or doing chores.
  • Make repetitive work a challenge, like racing to empty your inbox or beat your previous time on a task.
  • Combine tasks with hobbies, such as knitting during phone calls or watching a favourite show while organizing.
